If a serious health issue covered by the guarantee is diagnosed and confirmed in writing by a veterinarian, we will work with the owner on appropriate options as outlined in the contract, which may include replacement or other agreed resolutions. Owners are responsible for maintaining regular veterinary care, following vaccination and preventive schedules, and providing proper nutrition and a safe environment. Our guarantee cannot cover illnesses caused by neglect, accidents, exposure to contagious diseases after leaving our care, or failure to follow veterinary advice.

We also cannot guarantee specific outcomes related to size, coat length, or personality, as each kitten grows and develops uniquely.
